1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdjai platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bdjai's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdjai (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bdjai platform and close your account.

bdjai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Where a change is material, bdjai will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bdjai platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use bdjai, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on bdjai under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to any order, agreement, or personal commitment that prohibits you from gambling online.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity due to age, mental incapacity, or any other reason are prohibited from using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

bdjai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a national identification card, passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bdjai's compliance team may result in account restriction or closure.

bdjai takes its duty to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any funds deposited may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdjai's services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account on the bdjai platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This information must remain current at all times; you are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. bdjai strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when accessing bdjai from a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

bdjai will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your account password. Any communication claiming to be from bdjai and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@bdjai.app immediately.

Account registration is free of charge. bdjai does not charge fees for opening or maintaining a player account in good standing.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bdjai supports a range of payment methods optimised for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is ৳500,000. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by bdjai's payments team within 8 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. bdjai charges no fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which bdjai accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your bdjai account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account reviewed for compliance.

bdjai reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks. This is a legal compliance requirement and is applied without prejudice to the player.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (method-dependent).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 8–30 minutes (mobile wallets); up to 3 business days (bank transfer).
• Withdrawal fees: None charged by bdjai. Third-party provider fees may apply.
• Verification requirement: Full KYC required before first withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdjai offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, the following general bonus rules apply to all bdjai promotions:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and must be used within the stated validity window.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• bdjai reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally awarded.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to exploit bonus terms, or the use of low-risk hedging strategies to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform.

bdjai reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error. If bonus funds have already been wagered and converted to real-money winnings prior to the error being identified, bdjai will seek to recover the original erroneously credited amount from the player's account balance.

6 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All casino games available on the bdjai platform are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All games on the bdjai platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous rounds. bdjai does not interfere with game outcomes in any way, and game results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including bdjai itself.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and live dealer games are published by the relevant game studio and are available within the game information panel. Theoretical RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent a guarantee of individual player returns.

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• bdjai reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in an incorrect odds display.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast latency. bdjai reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was known or highly probable at the time of placement.
• Match abandonment rules: if a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting Rules document accessible from your account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, bdjai's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the round will be completed and settled according to the recorded game state at the point of failure. bdjai's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjai platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another individual, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Multiple account creation: Opening more than one account on the bdjai platform under any circumstances, including using different personal details, email addresses, or devices.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus or promotional terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, account duplication, collusion, or any other method designed to guarantee extraction of bonus value.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering. Chargeback attempts will be treated as fraud and will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with bdjai's platform, including to place bets, exploit games, or harvest data.
• Money laundering: Using bdjai's platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. bdjai is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or error in bdjai's platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdjai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Suspected underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Account activity inconsistent with personal recreational use, suggesting commercial betting, matched betting, or arbitrage strategies.
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bdjai support team via live chat or at support@bdjai.app. Upon receiving a closure request, bdjai will close the account within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited in full. bdjai will notify you of the reason for closure where legally permissible to do so.

Players who have registered for self-exclusion through bdjai's Responsible Gaming tools may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has fully expired. Requests received before the expiry date will be declined. See bdjai's Responsible Gaming Policy for full details of self-exclusion options.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjai's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdjai shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or bdjai had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Losses arising from events outside bdjai's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that contains typographical errors, including incorrect odds or bonus amounts displayed due to a software error.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bdjai's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The bdjai platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdjai makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bdjai will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bdjai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms will always be available at bdjai.app/terms-conditions, and the effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a change to these terms is material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — bdjai will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or updates required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bdjai platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@bdjai.app.

bdjai also reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any successor entity in the event of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Players will be notified of any such assignment where it materially affects the terms of their relationship with bdjai.
